In an unusual move, Disney Vacation Club lowered the price of one-time used points, from $22 per point to $20 per point. In February, DVC raised the price from $19 to $22.
One-time use points are designed for members who are short on points to be able to book beyond their annual allotment. A maximum of 24 points can be purchased per use year and have to be purchased through members services. Points cannot be refunded, banked, borrowed, or transferred, and must be used in the use year purchased. They also can only be used for 7-month bookings.

Beginning October 1st, watercraft service between Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Wilderness Lodge and Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground will resume. Boats displaying a blue flag will follow this route throughout the day, visiting all three docks in rotation. This transportation is in addition to the red flag boats, which provide direct service from Wilderness Lodge to the Magic Kingdom.
While not a critical route, many guests enjoyed the ability to go directly between resorts to access additional restaurants and activities.
