The big parade may not be until Sunday, but Pride celebrations have already kicked off in San Francisco.

The Santa Clara County sheriff says deputies and jails are not cooperating with federal immigration agents. Officials met with community groups to assure them that deputies are following the county's sanctuary policies but can't selectively withhold information.

When the pandemic hit, thousands of people left, big cities all over the country. But now, it appears certain segments of the population are returning to San Francisco.
