The "Never A Bother" campaign by the Office of Suicide Prevention in California is a statewide initiative aimed at reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and encouraging open conversations about suicide prevention. The campaign emphasizes the message that reaching out for help is never a burden and seeks to reassure individuals that support is always available. By promoting the importance of checking in with loved ones and fostering a supportive community, "Never A Bother" aims to make mental health resources more accessible and to encourage people to seek help without fear of being a bother.
