Meet 15 minute mom, Kripa. I was delighted to have the chance to speak to Kripa who is a busy professional who loves putting her creativity to good use as well as using her scientific background (she has an Msc in Organic Chemistry and is currently studying "Science & Cooking" with Harvard University). Kripa loves making delicious vegetarian, quick and easy recipes for her family and her to enjoy.

What started of with simple recipe sharing amongst friends has seen over the last 4 years huge growth and interest in what Kripa produces. Impressively, Kripa now works with various food brands, kitchen gadget and utensil companies to create content, recipes and social media campaigns. These include GOSH, Mr Organic and Asda to name a few. Kripa also runs an interior Design Consultancy) so needless to say, her hands are very full.

In this podcast, we discuss some of the concepts around how Kripa even got started and how she grew her IG following to become an "influencer" to over 52k followers. We also discuss child psychology and how she feels that we have become to worried about this need to entertain our kids, rather than let them sit with boredom.  We also discuss some of the myths of food and the science of food. We also chat about how she comes up with different recipes coupled with how she has engaged her 3 young children to participate and get so involved in cooking. The podcast also discusses some of her tips and tricks for parents who may have to get more creative on how to get their children to eat their fruits and veggies. Finally, we talk about how Kripa manages her wonderful trim figure and being surrounded by food all day and having had 3 kids, is nothing short of impressive!
