My good friend Easton Bauer and I give our perspective on diet, training, and mindset. Society today has put fitness, and nutrition on a pedestal that is very overwhelming for some. I believe we need to get back to a state of mind where being fit, and eating right is truely necessary in our lifes to see real long lasting results. I believe by going back to a more primal type of diet, and training style. Our body adapts into a state where we were not always guaranteed comfort; making us more adaptable in every day life. It may no longer be absolutely vital for survival to live by these practices, but I have found increased energy, endurance, and motivation along this journey in every aspect of my life.
