Why is it that you know exactly what you need to do and even why you want it, but still fail to take action? It is the equivalent of trying to start off in full sprint without a warmup and stretch. The way you overcome this obstacle is to "prime your engine". Doing so will get you acquainted with the outcome and create momentum to move you towards your desire.
