This event celebrates Christ's union with His Church.

Christ, the Rider on the white horse, is revealed as King of kings and Lord of lords.

** Fulfillment of the Davidic Promise **

Christ declares He is the "root" and "descendant" of David.

This fulfills God's promise of providing an eternal King.
