We live in the tension of waiting for the full revelation of the Kingdom of God and the knowledge that Christ has come. Waiting is a strange thing and sometimes we can find ourselves waiting for something that has already happened. This message begins to explore what it means for us to wait well and to be aware of what God has already done for us.

For this second Sunday of advent we start a two week mini-series on waiting and we consider here the royal psalm number 72. Here we encounter an idealised image of the king and the kingdom of shalom and we ask ourselves will this every be fulfilled?
