I am joined by HSH Nina, Princess of Seborga. Since 2019, Princess Nina has been the reigning monarch of the Principality of Seborga, a micronation located in northwestern Italy. Seborga's claims to independence are based on Seborga being excluded from territorial settlements made by the Congress of Vienna after the Napoleonic Wars.
