We are getting back to the basics of our faith, knowing that mastering the basics is the key to any endeavor in life. In Hebrews 5:11-6:3, the Word rebukes us for not growing beyond the elementary principles of Christ, but then encourages us to press on to maturity by building upon these principles. Each week, we will address one of the elementary principles of following Jesus. In today’s sermon, Liz Kuzen teaches our second principle: By Faith Alone. In life, unwavering faith in God leads to peace and joy when on the mountain top or the valley low. We are children of God’s promise through faith and faith alone.
