In our This Is The Way teaching series, we are exploring the gospel of Matthew to discover the attitudes, behaviors, and principles that Jesus modeled for us to follow. In today’s sermon, we look at the second principle of following the Way: being filled with the Holy Spirit. We are commanded to not only pursue the baptism of the Holy Spirit, but to be continually filled with the Holy Spirit. If Jesus needed the filling of the Holy Spirit to fulfill His purpose in this world, how much more do we?
