In order to change our power to resist the temptations that come at us constantly in our technological world, we need to find ways to close the path so that we don't give in so easily to our old habits.  This path of least resistance, doing the easy thing, can dictate more of our lives than we realize, prohibiting positive growth and change.  Putting things directly in our path will help create new habits.  Pushing things that limit us at least 20 seconds away may be the key to progress and forward movement.
