Once your there though, you need to focus on some basic prinicples Today I discuss my basic training principles for training in the gym, they include: Quantity over quality, focusing on the quality of the exercise rather than the quantity of the weight on the bar or the amount of reps your doing. Focusing on Proper Movements and performing exercise properly. Last, but certainly not least...
