On this week's episode of the PODCast, Travis is solo (sorry for all the Josiah fans out there, but he'll be back next week!) Since Josiah wasn't available to record, the episode is a little shorter, but still carries some golden nuggets if you dig a little. As the title suggests, there are things you may not know about POD (or at least haven't given much thought to) that can really help you scale into the future when it comes to your business. Take a listen and think about implementing one or two of them!

Pål T. Naess is Gelato's Senior Vice President of Growth Projects working with PR, Communications and Sustainability. He was kind enough to take some time to speak with Travis and Josiah on this week's show. One of the most interesting concepts from the show that Pal brought up is "location based production on demand." This one phrase contains so much - sustainability, speed of delivery, cost of delivery, etc. That said, it's only one of the golden nuggets that Pal shared on the show.
In addition to the nuggets of wisdom, Pal also gave us a discount for those of you interested in trying Gelato out for yourself. All you have to do is sign up with the link provided and use the code to get 50% off your first order!

On this week's show, the title really tell it all. Travis and josiah simply go through a list of ten things you can (or should) do to make sure you're optimizing your Etsy store. While some of these items may seems trivial, it really will depend on where you're at in the POD journey. Regardless, most will find some golden nuggets in this podcast, so make sure to take notes!
Plus, on this week's Point Of Interest, the guys are joined by "Uncle" Mike Perillo to talk more about Amazon's roll out of the new Amazon Health Dashboard and what it can mean for sellers on the platform.

If you've been in the world of POD, you've likely seen Juna from Detour Shirts. He's been making wonderfully helpful YouTube videos for several years now. Once you've listened to the interview, you'll be able to understand how he keeps chugging away, even though he still has a 9-5 job and print on demand is his side hustle.
Juna focuses mainly on royalty based POD and is on several different platforms. He even won a contest for designing a T-shirt for the TV show "Lost!" Design is not only a talent for him, but it's his passion, as well. Join Travis and Josiah as they try and squeeze some tips and tricks out of him to see how he's kept his momentum for so long in the POD world.

Everyone knows that sales is the lifeblood of business, but how much do we really focus on honing that skill? Sure, when we're selling on POD channels, our customer interaction is way less that somebody running a brick and mortar, but are there still things we can use in our POD business?
On this week's show, Travis and Josiah interview Will Rest, a sales coach and mentor who has invested a TON in himself to get better at sales. Can we take away anything from this craft that can help is with POD? Tune in and see!

On this week's episode, Travis and Josiah are once again trying to help you get ready for "the most wonderful time of the year," otherwise known as Q4! While this particular portion of the calendar can be debated by POD sellers as to how much actual "wonder" can be experienced when you're running around with your hair on fire, we can assuredly agree that the money ain't bad. ;)
With that in mind, the guys share their annual check list of sorts with a few extra nuggets added in.
Plus, in this week's Point Of Interest, Travis shares a bit about Amazon's new Account Health Dashboard that they are rolling out.

On this week's PODCast, Travis and Josiah tackle a few listener questions. One involving how to maneuver into a takeover of another POD seller, and another asking the "cons" of POD. To be honest, this last one was kind of a head scratcher at the guys had to really think about the cons since they're always promoting POD!
Plus, in this week's Point Of Interest, the guys discuss how Walmart seems to have relaxed the application process to get onto their platform!

If you've been around POD for awhile, you may have heard of ShineOn. They are a print on demand jewelry company that integrates with Shopify to provide amazing, high perceived value products with PLENTY of margin. Eric Toz is the found of this $70+ million dollar company and was kind enough to join Travis and Josiah on the PODCast this week. Hearing his story is really inspiring as he's built something truly incredible through a lot of trial and error. Having to lay his entire staff off at one point, to reinventing his product, Eric has gone through a ton building ShineOn. And frankly his Dad Joke isn't that bad either. ;-)

Break out the birthday cake because we've done TWO WHOLE YEARS OF THE PODCAST!!! Time to celebrate! Who knew we'd last this long??!!
Well, strap in because we've got a special return guest to help us celebrate. And if anyone can challenge the status quo, it's PODCast regular, Chris Green! On this week's episode, we talk about all kinds of ideas for moving from "I wonder if I could do....?" to "I have skills that are of value to others." And from there, it's what to do next to maximize your influence and share your knowledge. You can use websites or KDP books - the sky really is the limit.

On this week's episode, Travis and Josiah talk about the latest issue with trying to create products on Amazon. Is it a glitch or is Amazon targeting POD sellers on their platform? With a company as large as Amazon, the right hand typically has no idea what the left hand is doing, so there's a chance that one change created problems that nobody was expecting, and now seller support doesn't know how to answer the questions from sellers because they've never seen these problems. Time will tell.
Also, in this week's Point Of Interest, the guys look at a couple of Facebook posts from the listeners and give their two cents.
