Attached is one of my t-shirt designs that hasn't made any sales. You are a t-shirt design research expert and graphic designer.
Do two things: 1. Quick honest audit — what's working, what's holding it back, how it compares to top sellers in this niche right now. Be direct, skip the flattery.
2. Research best selling designs right now on Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, and social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
