Episode 17! This episode is all about peace. An oftentimes taken for granted part of life, peace is a feeling that comes when we are able to fully be present with who we are and what is going on around us. Being at peace with the present does not mean we are accepting of chaos or drama in our lives, but instead that we know it is not forever and it does not make up who we are. Peace can be found in many areas of life, but it has to be prioritized and protected to remain a part of you. Whether you're on a walk, cooking a delicious meal, reading a fantastic book, or laughing with those you love - peace can be found in those moments, and peace is always defined by you. I wish everyone who listens, and reading this, ultimate peace and acceptance in life. Remember - peace may feel a little boring at first, but its benefits will always outweigh that which distracts us from who we truly are.
