Episode 20! For this episode, we talk about the peace that can be found from both rejection and rejecting. There will always be a sting involved when you are rejected, and even when you are rejecting someone and/or something else. However, there are always hidden nuggets of gratitude that can be found in those experiences! Specifically, there are gifts of redirection and protection, which has always given me comfort in moments of rejection. I hope you find some medicine or connection with stories I share in this episode, and when another inevitable experience of rejection/rejecting comes around you feel more equipped to take it on. Episode 19! Ooooh baby this is a vulnerable one. But haven't they always been? This one feels especially important to me though, because I've officially been single for a year. It was a goal I set for myself, and a goal I achieved for myself. I could not be more proud and grateful for the experiences along the way! March 04, 2021 I Got A Big Ego...
Episode 18! The Ego - a word we've all heard before whether it be related to Sigmund Freud, an insult thrown at someone who is full of themselves, or the Beyoncé song. Those explanations of the ego are only part of what the ego actually is. In this episode, we discuss the spiritual explanation of the ego and how to know when it is the ego that is speaking up, versus another part of you such as your intuition. The ego can be mean, it can be over-protective, and it can try to keep you from implementing change in your life. Nevertheless, it is a part of who you are and deserves to be understood and loved just the same. We can love a part of ourselves without letting it control our every move, thought, and belief! Ego work is an important part of any spiritual practice, as well as living your life to the fullest in complete freedom. I invite you to learn more about your own ego, what it's voice sounds like for you, and how you can move forward building a healthier relationship with it so that you can experience what life feels like outside of the walls of the ego. Episode 17! This episode is all about peace. An oftentimes taken for granted part of life, peace is a feeling that comes when we are able to fully be present with who we are and what is going on around us. Being at peace with the present does not mean we are accepting of chaos or drama in our lives, but instead that we know it is not forever and it does not make up who we are. Peace can be found in many areas of life, but it has to be prioritized and protected to remain a part of you. Whether you're on a walk, cooking a delicious meal, reading a fantastic book, or laughing with those you love - peace can be found in those moments, and peace is always defined by you. I wish everyone who listens, and reading this, ultimate peace and acceptance in life. Remember - peace may feel a little boring at first, but its benefits will always outweigh that which distracts us from who we truly are.

January 28, 2021 Sensitivity Is Your Superpower
Episode 16! In this episode we discuss sensitivity. Being a sensitive person, the complicated narratives a sensitive person can have in their minds about what sensitivity is, viewing it as a weakness or a burden instead of a blessing, and a few other ramblings that I can thank red wine for! I have always been a highly sensitive person, and it was not until 2020 forced me (and the world) to slow down that I began to think more about how I can use my sensitivity and make friends with it instead of continuing the fight against it. It was not easy, it still is not easy, but embracing your sensitivity or the sensitive person(s) in your life for who they are only brings more goodness into your life. The world would be better off with a little more sensitivity and compassion, and extending a hand to that part of yourself is one step closer to that. My hope for you, and everyone listening to this episode or not, is to sit with the sensitive parts of who you are and those around you and pay attention to what they are telling you. This does not always mean crying, but in fact usually results in smiles and an elevated mood :). Thank you for listening, remember to take care of your superpowers!

Episode 15 (also the first episode of Season 2 and 2021)! In this episode, we talk all about boundaries - what they are, what they look like, and how they can make you feel. Boundaries are a necessary part of everyones lives, but are not always used. There is no Boundaries 101 course everyone is required to take when they're born, so therefore it is up to each individual to learn and grow with their boundaries. Boundaries can be scary, uncomfortable, and confusing, but the short term anxieties around them are worth the long term peace they bring into your life. If you are like me, defining boundaries can be extremely difficult, but taking the time to think through what they mean to you can make a huge difference in your relationships with others and with yourself. I challenge you to take that time, and choose to love yourself with your great, big, beautiful boundaries.

Episode 13! (Lucky number 13?) In this episode, we discuss the inner child within all of us. We all at some point in our childhood experienced big emotions that were too difficult to process, and those emotions are usually carried with us through adulthood if they are not processed. The act of processing those emotions with your inner child is inner child healing. It is a wonderful, sometimes difficult, way to connect with all parts of you - including the parts that you did not even know were there. It is also a great excuse to add more play and goofiness into your life ;) Take some time to talk with your inner little one and you will form a deeper connection within yourself.
