Alison reminisces on Oregon Trail and Teresa is overwhelmed by a side gig.  Today, we talk about those days where there are SO many things to do and overcome, and they are ALL important.  How do we get things done?  How do we keep from feeling overwhelm and panic?


We’re really talking about dealing with the Broke, Fat, and Tired trifecta, and these issues tend to pile up in a matter of a few days or even hours.  


We take a look at what our reactions and instincts are that don’t serve us well.  Because if we can create awareness at the moment can help prevent bad behaviors that don’t serve us well.


Then we define our “why’s and goals” and match up what problems push up against those and help clarify what to spend our time on.


Then we handle the issues that impact other things as we can, one at a time.
