Today is a mental check in day. This is a topic we all can relate to. Stress of running a business and its impact on our health mentally & physically. 

As women we are balancing the demands of running a business, managing a family and maintaining a household. Today we are going to talk about the stress that comes with responsibilities and self-care tips to help you prioritize your well-being. 


All of this takes a toll on our well-being. We usually don’t take time for ourselves until we break down and just can’t do it anymore! We wait until our tank is on E. 


We have to change that narrative! Say this to yourself and put it on a post it and put everywhere. Self-care is not a luxury it is a necessity! 


Let’s normalize prioritizing our self-care. So let's get into a few practical ways we can take better care of ourselves. 


Remember, you are capable of running a successful business while nurturing your family and taking care of yourself. By implementing these self-care strategies and prioritizing your well-being, you can find balance and thrive in all aspects of your life. You don’t have to try implementing everything off this list, try one at a time to help to get you in the habit of prioritizing yourself!
