Alabama House Members are progressing with School Choice in Alabama. It does seem as though some type of School Choice will become law this year. But will it be what is best for families in the state?

Clergy Sex Abuse House Bill 125 passed the Alabama House of Representatives. This bill if it passes the Senate would make it unlawful for clergy in a position of trust or authority over a person to commit certain sex acts with an individual under 19 years of age, or a protected person under 22 years of age. Currently the age of consent is 16. This also brings the law for clergy equal to the law for public and private school teachers.

Alabama Supreme Court Ruled that an embryo created through in-vitro fertilization (IVF) is a “child” protected by Alabama’s Wrongful Death Act and the Alabama Constitution. Longtime Alabama Pro-life attorney joins Greg to discuss the implication.
