I have come to observe how we all tell our stories from a place of how the influence of others, environment and upbringing had over us. The language used is usually how somebody's influence cost us pain or hurt or limitations when we should be speaking from a place of our own influence over our lives . One of this shows how we do not have power over our life and the other shows how we have the power and in the driving seat of our lives

The question asked to myself from myself is why do I make the decisions I make as a female in getting to the conditioning roots of owning my agency and define womanhood on my terms of who I am on a core individual identity. This is to help navigate being your authentic you as a woman and know what gender roles are coming from a place of self love or autopilot conditioning.

So I grow up in church like deeper life and Catholic. As a young adult who devoted myself to religion. I had always wanted why one needed to say to a God who was about love that you're not worthy of their mercy, love or presence. The continuous self hate and tear down that needed to be done in worship to this god was disturbing to me. As I grew in my spiritual path and left the church long ago, I realised that it needed to destroy self identity sovereignty of a person in calms to hold them bond and slaved to a religion that is only here to destroy the already existing God identity of Africans / white supremacy.
