April is Second Chance month and we'll talk about second chances for prisoners and what research is showing regarding the effectiveness of education and training with Sammy Perez from Prison Fellowship. Sammy is the director of grassroots initiatives at Prison Fellowship and has been incarcerated in the past. He speaks to the ministry and hope that Prison Fellowship provides to the thousands of incarcerated men and women in our state and nation.
