This week 1/04/2024, we spend the hour with Elder Historic California Hunger Striker and human rights activist Zaharibu Kambon, who speaks on the painful impact of the lack of mental health care has on prisoners, the need to change that condition and what’s needed from us.

This last week of the 2023, we catch up with our friend Trey Xavier to find out how he’s adjusting to daily life in the “free” world after 27 years of being legally enslaved- the show had to be cut short as we find out that prisoners, including Political Prisoner Kevin Rashid Johnson, founder of the Revolutionary Intercommunal Black Panther Party, go on a hunger strike at notoriously violent Red Onion State Prison in Virginia to protest they use of solitary confinement and inhumane conditions.

Newsom’s egregious, racist decision to accept the prosecution’s, Morrison & Foerster, sham investigation findings of guilt; we also get an update on another political prisoner, Kevin Rashid Johnson who is being retaliated against with violence and transfer; the call-in campaign remains urgent and viable.
