A transgender prisoner has sued the Trump Administration over the constitutionality of one of his earliest executive orders that the lawsuit claims will put transgender prisoners at risk. We’ll speak with Shannon Minter, Legal Director at the National Center for Lesbian Rights and part of the legal team representing the plaintiff in Maria Moe v Donald Trump.
