How to Receive a Pardon – Guest Syreeta Owens
Syreeta Owens has overcome her past and is now on a new path in life, all because of receiving a pardon. Admittedly, Syreeta acknowledges her past mistakes, leading her to have a felony record early in life. She wanted forgiveness, and that’s just what she received under Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers. Since then, she’s led an exemplary life. She has a BA in Social Work from UW Milwaukee; she is an advocate for Domestic Abuse victims and currently works for the State of Wisconsin as a Probation & Parole Officer.
Show Highlights:
· Pardon opportunities closed under former Governor Walker.
· Her father inspired her to go for a pardon
· Difference between Expungement and a Pardon
· Wisconsin Pardon Requirements
· Pardon Process
· Pardon Board and the questions they ask
· Social Media cleanup is a must
· Similarities of Pardon from Governor and Pardon from God
· Updates to Pardon Process
Syreeta Owens, along with A Prisoner’s Pardon, is willing
to assist people in receiving their pardons. If interested, email [email protected]

the family house but also the house of Government and the Church house. All
three institutional houses are broken, and only through God the Father can
restoration be made.

Guest is Tony Viola, Part 3 of 3 - Government Accountability
Tony Viola, a Cleveland, Ohio citizen 10 years ago, was an ordinary successful real estate broker, having built his company with his wife. That all changed after being targeted by a government task force. He spent 10 years in jail before being exonerated. Tony continues the conversation about the misconduct of federal prosecutors, defense attorneys, bank officers, witnesses, and even jurors.
What's happening in the family house and the church house is also happening in the government house - abuse of power and dysfunction.
Show Highlights:
· Our own accountability – we are in the jury stands. We just can’t point our fingers but need to examine our own activity.
· Fundamental issue – It’s big business. It’s about MONEY.
· Qualified immunity - Citizens should have the opportunity to sue for civil damages.
· Solitary confinement being used as a weapon
· Toxic - Prison is a toxic environment – The corrosive nature of prison. This is not a good place to work.
· Crime is not depreciating even though we have so much incarceration.
· Waste of resources within the system.
· Senator Booker, “It’s a stain on the soul of the country to treat people like this, to incarcerate people like this, to be cruel to people that maybe made a mistake or have an addiction.”
· Letting dangerous people out and keeping people who are not a threat to society inside.
· Diesel therapy – shipping people all over the place as punishment.
What can you do to help –
Take Aways
1. Accountability
a. Government – Put reforms in place as forms of security to restrict corrupt leadership
b. Our own as citizens – Examine ourselves and become involved in civic affairs. It's our duty.
c. Individual inmate themselves – Take responsibility for actions
2. Prisons have a toxic environment where you can not just lose your mind, but your soul. Some additional measures need to be introduced to stop....
a. Guards committing suicide
b. Inmates losing their right to dignity
3.Fundamental issue – It’s a business
a. Not about correction
b. Forgiveness – a clear path to pardons
c. Consensus – Not a partisan issue
This is a glaring example of the real nature of the human heart.
Biblical References
1 Timothy 2:1-2 NIV - Pray for those in authority.
"I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers,
intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people - for kings and all those
in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and
holiness."
Job 34:18 – Leave ultimate accountability to God. He does govern.
“God condemns kings and rulers when they are worthless or wicked.”
It’s not in our timing, but His. Let’s rest in that God will judge all corrupt
leadership.

Our guest is Tony Viola, and this is part 2 of the interview.

What's happening in the family house and the church house is also happening in the government house - abuse of power and dysfunction.
Show Highlights:
· They gave an eye bond to Tony for a 46 Million fraud case
· JP Morgan filed no lawsuit
· Prosecutors, judges, and state defense lawyers work together against the defendants. They are buddies in the same country club.
· People are scared to speak out due to bullying tactics
· The Courts have become a drama show, not a place of solemn duty. Prosecutors run the show.
· Three tiers of justice
· Task forces are dangerous because they are being weaponized
· No accountability - failure is a way to get more money
· How their justice starts with a conclusion and works backward instead of starting with a presumption of innocence until proven guilty
· Dawn Pascela, who worked in law enforcement, turned in evidence that was being hidden. For example, the relabeling of computers seized in raids and saying they didn't exist. Dawn is now dead.
· No such thing as reasonable doubt.
· Government has no burden to submit proof.
· Dr. Martin Luther King's quote - "An injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."

Do you think our government needs some checks in place? Do you feel hopeless in reporting injustices about our government to the government? Today we are seeing large abuses of power from lawyers, prosecutors, defense attorneys, judges, police, FBI, senators, aldermen, and women. This doesn’t cover all the offices, but you know what I mean. Do you think it’s time to put some laws in place and have it take swift action to hold corrupt officials accountable?
Tony Viola, my guest today, is working on doing just that. He knows from experience how government officials can destroy lives. Listen to his story; I did, and regardless of whether I know all the facts, I know some are true from experience, and I bet you do, too.
Tony Viola, a Cleveland, Ohio citizen 10 years ago, was an ordinary successful real estate broker, having built his company with his wife. That all changed in a moment when the FBI charged him with embezzling over $46M in funds. He spent over 10 years in prison before winning his second trial from prison and being exonerated after a whistleblower came forward. He is continuing the fight by bringing a public awareness of what’s happening and getting citizens to unite so that corrupt officials are held accountable.
Show Highlights:
· Tony’s Arrest
· Prosecutors who plan to win at all costs
· Government corruption
· Truth not pursued, but attention instead
· They think they are doing the work of God

Wrap up: That was the first part of the show with Tony Viola. Makes you wonder whom you can trust. Truth and justice are fundamental to our society being able to function properly. There’s no compromise permitted here. In the end, all will have to face a higher power who is incorruptible. I hope all recognize it, especially those in leadership. Their recompense will be very costly if they don’t change course. I know some think there will be none. Right now, we see the shadow of coming judgment. See Tony’s website for citizens to unite to help clean up the house of government.

The Imprisonment of Grief
We can go through grief by not holding onto the idea of the strangeness of it. Spurgeon's morning devotion from May 31st points to 2 Samuel 15:13.
This morning’s devotion spoke of:
· Kidron the filthy brook that flowed through Jerusalem as being symbolic of sorrow.
· David being both the Lord’s Anointed and the Lord’s Afflicted. “Why then should we expect to escape? At sorrow’s gates…”
· King Jesus himself having to go over the brook Kidron too. Specifically quoting, “In all our afflictions he was afflicted.”
Spurgeon says, “The idea of strangeness in our trials must be banished at once and forever, for he who is the Head of all saints, knows by experience the grief which we think so peculiar.”
The idea of strangeness is allowing our thought patterns to determine this experience is something abnormal. It leads to unhealthy thoughts and actions.
How a death in the family can cause chaos and confusion and lead to a spiritual, mental, and physical prison.
Mostly when a death happens in a family, there is strife. The Enemy uses this time to bring division. We must stay on guard.
Thank you to all who have shown me much love. I thank you and appreciate all your support during this time of bereavement because of the loss of my sister. God Bless.
More than ever, we need to know how to forgive.

This is a war and you are the product. This is all about the influence of the people.
This is just a short monologue on how fundamental values are important.
In just a week, my children's book comes out. The week afterward, my book launch party is scheduled. I want to send out invites to my listeners. I promise no spam and none of the many emails telemarketers send out. I can't stand it either. If you haven't already, please go to www.prisonerspardon.com and sign up. Thank you to all that have already done so. I really appreciate your support.
God Bless

Inspirational Rap Artist Quincy Harper out of Flint Michigan
Quincy speaks out about his love and passion for the poetic artistry of rap. He first started his career in the World and found himself on a destructive path. His aunt's love and guidance kept him out of prison or, worse, dead. His love of music helped turn his life around once he knew his first love - God could use him through the spoken word of rap.
Have need of his lyrical services? Quincy is open to spinning his ministry of poetic rap to congregations, prisons, and other outreaches.
