Welcome to season 2 of Private Conversation. We made it through what is most likely one of the most difficult years of our lives (2020) and we should have learned some valuable lessons. The most important take away that I had from 2020 is, "you get what you focus on so focus on what you want". As we discover our paths this year and set our goals lets always remember to focus on what you want to happen in your life and how to put yourself in the position to attain that life.

   Often times we are convinced that we have found the right man to be in our lives, so we tend to ignore blatant signs that he is not the one. I am sharing a story time of a recent experience I had with a friend and the guy she was hanging out with in this episode. I also give some tips and observations from my personal experiences and what I have learned from them. In the end we have to be thankful that we didn't get what we thought we wanted because we most likely would have been unhappy as a result of it.

Recently I decided to do a fast for 30 days and I wanted to share my journey with you all. Fasting is a great jump start to rejuvenation. I highly recommend researching the fasting process in detail before embarking on the journey. Many people fast for different reasons and are looking for different results. Dating is already difficult enough. When you add in the social media and this instant gratification generation to the mix it just gets even more complicated.
