This month I was Hal Humphreys guest on his monthly PiEducation webinar. Hal is a licensed private investigator in Nashville, Tennessee and the owner of FIND Investigations. Additionally, he is the executive editor of the informative Pursuit Magazine and the educational director at PiEducation. In short, he’s been around.
The topic for March was Covert Surveillance – Avoiding the Burn. We spent about an hour talking about many different aspects of surveillance.
