Here's a recap of our session:

• We talked about your recovery from COVID, and your frustrations about how slow the process is. We talked about how to extend some grace on yourself, and your thoughts about how you would handle being sick when your business is thriving, and you have more time and financial freedom. 
• We reviewed your master list of goals from the beginning of our contract, and while you're not where you would like to be, you've made a lot of progress! We also considered where you would be with your goals if you weren't doing the work to clarify tasks and hold yourself accountable. 
• We discussed your ongoing negotiations with Leslie, and the pros and cons of offering her 10k, or trying to counter with a smaller offer. 

We also discussed the following as your goals for this week: 

• Scheduling someone to clean your house before the plumber comes. 
• Get passport paperwork and picture submitted
• Post an announcement for Bella Reina on 10/01
• Follow up on photography leads, with a goal of scheduling them for the end of October

For our 9/05 session, we discussed what your goals were for that week to prepare for your portraiture conference, which include the following: 

• Taking your car to the dealership to be serviced for your trip (ended up costing you more than anticipated, but you were able to cover the expense, so that felt good). 
• Touch base with Leslie about the stuff she left behind, negotiating on a final price. 
• Setting up back end software (CRM)

For tonight's session (09/21), we took it easy and had a short call. We discussed how you're feeling, and how the trip went for you. You talked about your energy levels, and giving yourself grace over the coming weeks as you recover, but we outlined a few things that you can work on this upcoming week, including the following:

• Make a formal announcement on Facebook that you're taking over the studio under Bella Reina. 
• Reassess your finances and see where you're at to make a decision on other expenses. 

We also talked about how any other items you're able to complete this week are "bonus", such as: 

• Follow up on photography leads
• Follow up on calligraphy leads
• Building out your website
• Booking two shoots for October. 

Here's a recap of our session: 

• We talked about how you closed the loan with DreamSpring, for 30k, which was enough to create all the 'bells and whistles' we discussed in a previous session. We teased out different items you can purchase with that money, including holding six months of payments out of the loan balance to give you some buffer for you to focus on launching your business. 

• We talked about how things seem to be calmer with Leslie, and that you communicated with her about purchasing the studio furniture, along with certain digital assets. You left it open for negotiation, and you're waiting for a response from Leslie. 

• You have some ideas of how to start marketing for your business, including creating experience 'vouchers' to use for model shoots. You want to have at least 20 on your list at any given time, and you can start reaching out to them as early as this Friday.

Here's a recap of your session:

You talked about how you saw Anney today, which provided a lot of insight for you. You mentioned to her that your brain felt 'muddy', and that your sleep schedule and meds schedule has been out of whack. You also mentioned her observation that you have good boundaries in multiple areas of your life, but not with yourself.

You talked about how you and Leslie have had ongoing discussions about the furniture, and you foresee her working with you to sell the studio furniture, as it would be in her best interest. 

You talked about how you were still looking for financing, and how you have about 3 weeks to get it done. In order to create some momentum on that ask, you completed the following action items: 

• You contacted Jaime and will meet with him on Wednesday. 
• You set an alarm on your phone to speak with Marge at the Downs about financing. 
• You carved out time to email DreamSpring tonight to get an update on possible financing. 

We also discussed that given how important it is to get your studio off the ground, we may heighten our terms of accountability in the short term to help support you (i.e, the Obliger tendency needing outside accountability).

Session Overview:

We talked about how you were deciding between a conservative option, a tiered option, and a 'going all in' option for approaching financing for your business.

You decided that you would be most proud of doing the 'all in' option, and that you don't want to look back and regret not taking the risk to invest in your dream. 

We talked about how you decided on a business name and that's been helpful in keeping you motivated to keep building your business. 

You decided on a hierarchy of the people you want to talk to this week for financing.

You also decided that if/when funding is secured, you want to 'pull the trigger' on the following: 

A). Tickets to the portraiture seminar

B). Camera

C) Furniture from Leslie

D). Cushion for rent. 

Because of the August 22nd deadline you decided that your goal this week would be to ask some questions and do some research. 

- Talk to your potential investors, in the order listed above

- Talk to Leslie about the furniture

- Research and decide on the camera you want
