I failed #75Hard on day 8 and it's probably not for the reason you think. Let's talk about failure and what comes after.

There are visionaries and there are integrators and if you're the integrator, this episode is for you.

Wow, this one is a game-changer for me, I hope it is for you too. You've probably heard me say "You can choose the path, or you can choose the destination" - something I've said for years. But now I'm adding to it and making it much more actionable. Hope you enjoy.

I think that's a pretty masterful clickbait title for this episode, as today we're talking about knowing the importance of your role in your business and staying in your lane, as unadvised lane changes will be at your own peril. I needed today's episode more than anyone, but I hope you enjoy regardless.

These are both things that I need to work on quite a bit, how good are you at showing up and doing what you say you're going to do.

You probably undervalue what you know and under-appreciate the time and toil it took you to acquire said knowledge. Don't do that. Get paid.

Quick synopsis of a quick episode, you should surround yourself with people are on your level or higher, business-wise, but if you don't have access to those kinds of people, then read their books. This week I'm readying Made to Stick by Chip and Dan Heath, and Traction by Gino Wickman. More on those later.
