בפרק הקודם עסקנו בהגדרה ובמאפיינים של המושג "מומחה". ראינו כיצד מעבר למיומנות יוצאת הדופן שעליו להחזיק בעניין מסוים, הוא צריך לקוחות שיכירו במומחיות שלו (לעומת מומחים אחרים) ויאפשרו לו לפעול בשמה בדיבור או במעשה. השלב הבא הוא עיסוק בהיררכיה של המומחים, ובייחודיות של מומחי הכדורגל.
