So, nearly two years and over 13,000 trainees later not only had I become an excellent trainer and coach, I had been bitten by the bug and I was hooked!

Grapes on the Vine - My motivation for being in this business is to help people who are lost. My experience has shown me that many adults are stressed out, frustrated, and burned out; not developing because they are unaware they can change or they don’t know how. They are dying on the vine. I know because I was one of those people. I was an overly critical complainer; going home to work and work to home, I had no clear direction on what I wanted, but I was good at pointing out the flaws in others.
