Ward gained worldwide fame co-staring in HGTV’s “Bargain Mansions” with his daughter @tamaraday. Ward also has an IGTV and YouTube Series called “Working With Ward” where he shares his expertise with fellow DIY enthusiasts. During the interview we discussed Ward’s long career, from how he got started in this industry, through the multiple business he has owned. I want to learn about design trends and get even more advice to help home owners everywhere on remodeling their homes to raise their home value. .

    Daniel is entrepreneur from Brisbane, Australia. Him and his wife started renovating homes around 2016 with absolutely no experience. They pumped out 5-6 cosmetic renovations where they would quickly renovate these homes in 4 weeks and have in back on the market right away. (Many of these renovations are on his page). .

    After that they grew into large developments which was mostly land sub-divisions. From their Daniel started One Percent Property, which is a real estate agency in Brisbane. There business model is that they give you the best services at the lowest fee (they charge 1% while standard is 2.5-3% commission on a sale)

    Tj and John’s team has over 40 years of leading industry experience in NYC with over a billion sold collectively. John has been a broker for 20 years with Corcoran Groups. Tj had previously worked in development as an executive assistant with Kushner companies which gave him a lot knowledge on the details that go into constructing these buildings in NYC. They do work from $2500/ month rentals to $20 million dollar townhomes.
