Goldplay Mining CEO Catalin Kilofliski joined Steve Darling from Proactive to report the company has announced the completion of two, NI 43-101 Technical Reports on the Big Frank and Goldstorm South Projects. Both of the projects are based in Southwest BC.

Kilofliski talks more about the reports and the upside on both projects. The CEO also shared with Proactive some recent results from Goldstorm and the summer drilling program at planned at Big Frank.

Empower Clinics CEO Steven McAuley joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has added Dr. Tyler Coupal, MD as its British Columbia Medical Director.

McAuley telling Proactive Dr Coupal will lead the launch of COVID-19 testing services within the province of B.C.

Dr Coupal is a registered physician and a specialist fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the American Board of Radiology. He completed his medical internship and residency at Royal Columbian and Vancouver General Hospitals. HE also completed his clinical fellowship at Harvard University's Massachusetts General Hospital before returning to Vancouver for his practice.

Altamira Gold CEO Michael Bennett joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has announced its first three diamond drillholes, from the Santa Helena Project, have intersected porphyry-style alteration and mineralization.

Bennett telling Proactive these initial three drill holes were from the Gabriel target and are confirming the occurrence of alteration and mineralization typical of porphyry copper systems at depth. The core has now been sent to the lab for official results.

Cabral Gold CEO Alan Carter joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share assay results from several trenches recently excavated just west of the main Machichie target within the Cuiú Cuiú Project in northern Brazil.

Carter telling Proactive trench CT35A, which is located 285 metres west of the most westerly drill hole at the main E-W trending Machichie main zone, returned 5m @ 8.3 g/t gold including 1m @ 37.8 g/t gold. The Machichie target is located 500m north of the MG gold deposit

Gevo Inc CEO Patrick Gruber tells Proactive that it has begun the process of bringing its wholly-owned dairy manure-based renewable natural gas project online.

Located in northwest Iowa, the project is known as Gevo NW Iowa RNG LLC, and it is expected to produce approximately 355,000 metric million British thermal units (MMBtu) of renewable natural gas (RNG) per year.

US Global Investors' Frank Holmes, together with HANetf has compiled its January 2022 JETS Market Report, where Holmes says despite broad flight cancellations due to coronavirus variant omicron, there now exists a pent up demand for travel in coming months.

Holmes says he feels positive about the airline industry as countries, like the UK, have begun to dissolve coronavirus-related travel restrictions, predicting international travel will pick up towards April 2022.

Vicinity Motor Corp CEO William Trainer tells Proactive it has signed a sales and marketing agreement with Skydome Auto and Truck Centre Inc, an automotive dealer and service center in the Greater Toronto Area of Ontario, Canada, including an initial order for 50 VMC 1200 Class 3 electric trucks.

Trainer says this order equates to around $7 million. Skydome has also been appointed to act as Vicinity’s exclusive dealer in the City of Brampton, a part of the Greater Toronto region in Ontario, Canada.

ION Energy Ltd CEO Ali Haji tells Proactive it is set to join forces with Toronto-listed Aranjin Resources Ltd on an exploration joint venture in Mongolia, which will be the largest holder of lithium and copper exploration licences in the country, and help the drive towards global electrification.

Haji says the two groups will grant each other a reciprocal right to explore one another's properties, with Aranjin earning an 80% interest and ION earning 20% in all base metal projects discovered on ION's properties. And ION will earn an 80% interest and Aranjin 20% interest in all lithium projects discovered on Aranjin's properties, subject to existing royalties.

South Africa's financial regular has warned consumers to be "cautious and vigilant" when dealing with crypto exchange FTX trading.

In a press release on Tuesday, the Financial Sector and Conduct Authority pointed out that for a company to offer contracts for difference trading in South Africa, it must be licensed to do so by the FSCA.

Gene Simmons, the lead singer of the band Kiss, says he will accept crypto for his $13.5 million Las Vegas mansion. Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, the listing broker, told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that any crypto payment would have to be “verified through closing costs, including taxes and commissions.”
