  • Newmark Security CEO Marie-Claire Dwek on 2025 growth & strategy
Newmark Security PLC (AIM:NWT) CEO Marie-Claire Dwek talked with Proactive about the company's strong start to its 2025 financial year and its growth prospects. Dwek highlighted key drivers, including revenue expansion at Grosvenor, the success of workforce management services, and increasing recurring revenue.
She noted that recurring revenue from workforce management services grew 30% in the first half, with further growth expected. "As we've onboarded new customers, our existing customers are all taking services now. So that number is compounded and will grow as we grow as a business," she said.
Dwek also discussed Newmark Security's international expansion, emphasising its presence in the UK, US, and Europe. She stated that over 50% of Grosvenor’s revenue will come from North America this year. The company is also advancing its Direct-to-Enterprise (D2E) platform, recently signing an Oracle partnership and progressing with Workday and SAP.
Safetell has seen extended contracts with major banking and retail clients, with investments in its service team contributing to growth. Dwek confirmed that Newmark Security’s pipeline is larger than ever as it moves into the 2025/26 period.
Looking ahead, investors can expect continued revenue growth, expansion of recurring revenue, and new distribution channels. "We’ll be trialling and building a pipeline for DTE, selling direct to end users, which we’ve never done before," Dwek explained.

  • hVIVO secures RSV trial deal with Inhalon Pharma in the US
hVIVO PLC (AIM:HVO) chief executive Yamin ‘Mo’ Khan talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the company’s latest contract win—a human challenge trial deal with Inhalon Pharma for an RSV antiviral.
Khan explained that the study, set to begin in the second half of 2026, will assess Inhalon’s mucosal RSV antiviral. The drug, delivered via inhalation, is designed to trap the virus on the mucosal lining, preventing it from reaching the lungs. He noted the broader implications of this technology, which could extend to other viruses such as influenza and coronaviruses.
Despite speculation that RSV research might slow down following vaccine approvals, Khan emphasised that the need for antiviral treatments remains. He highlighted that hVIVO has continued to expand its RSV challenge models and recently signed multiple contracts, reinforcing its position in this market.
Discussing broader trends, Khan noted that the challenge trial market remains strong despite previous slowdowns. He attributed recent delays to a single contract issue but confirmed that the company has seen an uptick in new signings. He also provided an update on the integration of CRS following its acquisition, stating that the transition is progressing well.

Mosman Oil and Gas Ltd (AIM:MSMN) CEO Andy Carroll talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the company's latest updates on its US helium and oil exploration projects. Carroll shared that Mosman's joint-venture partner, Vecta Oil and Gas Ltd, has signed a drilling contract for five exploration wells at its Vecta project in Las Animas County, Colorado. He highlighted that the operator, Desert Eagle Operating LLC, has experience in drilling helium wells locally, which reduces mobilisation costs.
Discussing the potential of Vecta, Carroll noted its proximity to historic helium production fields from the late 1920s, emphasising the region's proven helium reserves. He also pointed out the success of Desert Eagle’s Red Rock project and the presence of other active drillers in the area.
Beyond Vecta, Carroll provided an update on Mosman’s Sagebrush project near the Four Corners area in Colorado. The project, in partnership with Four Corners Helium, includes existing seismic data identifying significant oil and helium prospects. • Europa Oil & Gas CEO on 2025 plans & key projects
Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) Plc (AIM:EOG) CEO Will Holland talked with Proactive about the company’s operational plans for 2025. He outlined key developments across its assets, including the Equatorial Guinea EG08 prospect, Ireland’s Inishkea gas project, and the UK’s Wressle and Cloughton sites.
Holland highlighted Europa’s focus on securing a farm-in partner for the Barracuda prospect within its Equatorial Guinea license, which contains an estimated 2.2 trillion cubic feet (TCF) of gas. He noted that Barracuda is located just nine kilometres from existing infrastructure, making it an attractive opportunity. He stated, “Watch this space, hopefully within the next six months we will have something that we can come out and announce.”
Discussing Inishkea, Holland pointed to recent political changes in Ireland as a potential catalyst for progress. The newly formed coalition government, he said, is prioritising energy security, which could lead to a more supportive stance for domestic gas production.
On the UK front, Europa is advancing Wressle, where it expects imminent approval for a two-well development program, including a gas monetisation project. Meanwhile, the company is progressing plans for Cloughton, a 192 billion cubic feet (BCF) gas asset, with a well targeted for 2026.
Holland also revealed that Europa continues to assess new opportunities, particularly in West Africa, where the company has significant expertise. However, he stressed that any new ventures must be financially viable and add value for shareholders.

  • Just the Facts: AuMEGA Metals identifies key Hermitage targets in airborne survey
Proactive’s Tylah Tully breaks down ‘Just the Facts’ of the latest news from AuMEGA Metals Ltd.
AuMEGA has reported positive results from a high-resolution airborne magnetic geophysical survey conducted over the Hermitage Gold-Antimony Project in south-central Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
The survey covered around 234 square kilometres and revealed significant geological complexity along a 27-kilometre strike length. It identified several second-order and third-order faults, with major geological structures aligning with previously collected high-grade prospecting samples, including 7.31 g/t gold, 193 g/t silver and 2,044 ppm antimony.
The company considers Hermitage a highly prospective opportunity along the second-largest known gold structure in Newfoundland.
The project is geologically comparable to major gold deposits such as Bendigo and Fosterville in Victoria, Golden Mile in Kalgoorlie and Windfall in Quebec.
Although exploration at Hermitage has been limited, early results are encouraging, with multi-gram outcropping gold samples collected.
The survey data will be used for geological mapping and further prospecting ahead of an inaugural diamond drill program in the second half of the year.
Additionally, AuMEGA’s winter drill program at Bunker Hill in Canada is progressing, with site development underway. Drilling is expected to begin soon, targeting between 10,000 and 12,000 metres in the current quarter.
