Diamond Lake Minerals CEO Brian J. Esposito and Horizon Fintex CEO Brian Collins joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news of a significant $3.75 million share exchange agreement between Diamond Lake Minerals and Horizon Fintex, involving Horizon Fintex's regulated tokenized-securities exchange, Upstream.
Under the terms of the agreement, Horizon Fintex issued 1,250 common shares, valued at $3,000 per share, in exchange for 1,000,000 newly issued common shares in Diamond Lake Minerals. This partnership is designed for mutual benefit, aiming to attract new issuers to list on Upstream, thereby increasing Upstream's trading liquidity and providing economic advantages to the shareholders of both companies. Upstream is the only market seeking to offer investors direct exchange access to primary and dual listed equities from all over the world right from their smartphones.
Alongside the share exchange partnership, Diamond Lake Minerals also signed a Cooperation, Marketing, and Referral Agreement with a Horizon Fintex subsidiary. This agreement designates Diamond Lake Minerals as a commercial advisor, responsible for introducing and referring issuers who are seeking to list on Upstream.
One of the unique aspects of Upstream is that investors are directly connected to the exchange via the Upstream trading app, eliminating the need for stockbroker middlemen. Investors can trade in real-time, 20 hours a day, five days a week. The platform offers streamlined onboarding, transparent order books where all participants can see level-2 bids and offers, and is designed to prevent market manipulation techniques such as short selling, stock lending, wash trades, and payment for order flow. • Silver Range Resources Announces Encouraging Results from Cambridge and Sniper Properties in Nevada
Silver Range Resources CEO Mike Power joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share encouraging exploration results from short exploration programs conducted at the Cambridge Property in Lyon County and the Sniper Property in Esmeralda County, Nevada.
At the Cambridge Property, Power reported that reconnaissance underground investigations revealed that exposed stopes in the area of recent excavator trenching were partially backfilled by spoil during excavation. It appears that the upper portions of the mine might be accessible with limited underground rehabilitation. Additionally, mineralization was discovered in a subordinate footwall vein splay, oblique to the main Cambridge Vein. Grab samples from a 15 cm exposure of this vein returned impressive results of 7.61 g/t Au and 52.1 g/t Au.
Meanwhile, at the Sniper Property, a short Packsack diamond drill hole in the north wall of a small pit returned 2.30 meters at 2.10 g/t Au and 55.3 g/t Ag from the surface, with mineralization open at depth. The Sniper Property is located on the north flank of Gold Mountain. The area is characterized by ribbon-banded quartz veins containing pyrite, galena, tetrahedrite, and secondary chrysocolla and wulfenite, present in the carapace of a Jurassic intrusion just below the contact with overlying Precambrian Wyman formation metasediments.
Initial sampling by Silver Range at the Sniper Property showed high gold and silver grades. Out of 14 samples, seven returned assays greater than 5 g/t Au, and five samples returned assays greater than 20 g/t Au, with a peak value of 121 g/t Au. Silver assays ranged from 0.2 to 1,375 g/t Ag, with three samples assaying greater than 100 g/t Ag. The property appears to have been initially explored with small adits and shafts before the 1980s. Between 1978 and 1983, these were partially covered or obliterated by bulldozer during exploration and high-grading. The Sniper Property is one of many small mines and prospects in the Tokop Mining District, which have produced sporadically or intermittently since 1866.
These exploration results underscore the potential for significant mineralization at both the Cambridge and Sniper properties, enhancing Silver Range Resources' prospects for future development and production.

  • FTSE 100 declines on Fed's hawkish tone; billionaire Carlos Slim builds BT stake - Market Report
UK stocks have edged lower this morning as the markets reacted to the Federal Reserve's hawkish tone at yesterday's meeting, with policymakers now targetting just one rate cut this year.
Making early movements was Halma, which led the charge, after it posted yet another record profit, leading to management hiking the annual dividend for the 45th year in a row.
BT also experienced a lift after it was revealed Latin America's richest man Carlos Slim had taken a 3% stake in the telecom giant.
Housebuilder Barratt and real estate firm Land Securities slipped in early movements after new industry data revealed the housing market's recovery "slipped into reverse" after the announcement of the election. New buyer demand and prices dropped in May, as the confidence in the UK housing market began to wane, according to the Royal Insititute of Chartered Surveyors.

  • Carnavale Resources’ Swiftsure Gold Project promises robust financials and expansion opportunities
Carnavale Resources Ltd (ASX:CAV) managing director Humphrey Hale sits down with Proactive’s Jonathan Jackson to discuss the maiden mineral resource estimate (MRE) and scoping study for the Swiftsure deposit within the Kookynie Gold Project, 60 kilometres south of Leonora in Western Australia. The study explored multiple mining scenarios, identifying the most profitable approach as a combination of compact open pit and underground development.
The initial Swiftsure MRE reveals 457,000 tonnes at a grade of 5.8 g/t for 85,000 ounces of gold. This includes a particularly high-grade zone containing approximately 53,000 ounces at 31.2 g/t.
Notably, 61% of this resource is classified in the indicated category. The resource remains open at depth and along strike, suggesting further potential for expansion. Recent discoveries at the Tiptoe and Valiant sites, along with other targets, present additional opportunities for increasing the resource at the Kookynie Project.
The scoping study demonstrates robust financial metrics and competitive costs, utilising conservative mining parameters and current cost assumptions based on a gold price of A$3,500 per ounce. The pre-tax Net Present Value (NPV8) is approximately A$91 million with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 192%. The undiscounted cash flow stands at approximately A$105 million.
This study indicates a total pre-production capital requirement of around $3 million, with a maximum drawdown of $12.9 million in the eighth month of operations. The initial mine life is projected to be 32 months, with the capital payback period occurring within 14 months of operations commencing.
The initial mine production target, including mine dilution, is about 421,000 tonnes at 4.6 g/t for 62,000 ounces. During the payback period, 93% of the resources extracted from the open pit are classified as indicated. The total all-in cost of production is estimated at approximately A$1,730 per ounce recovered, with 56% of production sourced from the open pit.
Situated within trucking distance of several operational gold processing plants in the Eastern Goldfields, the Kookynie Project offers multiple monetisation strategies. Carnavale is evaluating the project's economics based on a contract operator and toll treatment operation to simplify the process.
Hale expressed optimism about the project's high-grade characteristics and future exploration potential, emphasising the promising financial outlook and significant exploration upside.

  • Yandal Resources identifies new gold targets at IWB Project
Yandal Resources Ltd (ASX:YRL) technical director Chris Oorschot joins Jonathan Jackson in the Proactive studio to discuss the company’s ground gravity survey at its Ironstone Well-Barwidgee (IWB) Gold Project in Western Australia, in which new large-scale gold targets were identified. The survey, completed in April 2024, used a 200-metre by 200-metre grid across the northeast portion of the project, approximately 50 kilometres south of the Jundee Gold Mine.
The survey addressed areas where regional aerial magnetics failed to adequately resolve underlying stratigraphy and structural architecture. The processed ground gravity images, received in late May, revealed several compelling conceptual gold targets and a more complex structural setting than previously interpreted.
Notable findings include an interpreted large-scale north plunging fold structure, truncated by a northwest striking shear zone. This structural setup is akin to other world-class gold camps, such as the Golden Mile deposit and the Timmins-Porcupine gold district in Canada. Additionally, the survey highlighted the poorly tested Irulan dolerite, which shares a similar lithostructural setting with the Jundee Gold Mine.
Oorschot noted the discovery of potentially two new regional structures and expressed optimism about the high-quality regional datasets' benefits.
Upcoming activities include a detailed review of historical exploration, field reconnaissance, and analysis of regional soil sampling results due in mid-June. Yandal plans a comprehensive review of project-wide targets in July and maintains robust funding for ongoing exploration throughout 2024.
