It ranks as the fourth-best drill hole in terms of total radioactivity, with a reading of 1,019 counts per second (cps) over a 35.75-meter interval starting at a depth of 36 meters. The initial holes of the program primarily focused on infill and definition drilling of Pods 4 and 5. Hole AK23-095, on the other hand, was specifically designed for the delineation and expansion drilling of Pods 1, 2, and 7. Notably, Pod 7 remains open to the west, indicating the potential for further mineralization.

With 15 drill holes completed thus far in the program, Baselode Energy continues to make significant progress in understanding the geological characteristics of the ACKIO high-grade uranium zone. The company's focus on delineation and expansion drilling aims to enhance the understanding of the mineralized pods and their potential for resource growth.

Silver Range Resources CEO Mike Power joined Steve Darling from Proactive to announce the release of results from a comprehensive exploration program conducted at the Tonto del Pueblo Project in Nevada. The program included geologic mapping, soil geochemical surveys, packsack drilling, as well as VLF-EM and airborne total magnetic field surveys.

Notably, a grab and chip sample taken from exploration workings returned an impressive gold grade of up to 65.5 grams per ton (g/t). Out of the 54 rock samples collected at Tonto del Pueblo thus far, 18 samples have yielded assays greater than 5 g/t of gold. However, the company is still awaiting the assay results from the drill core samples.

Spod Lithium Corp CEO Chris Cooper joined Steve Darling from Proactive to provide an update on the Phase I exploration program at the North Nipigon / Niemi Lithium project in Ontario. The program's primary focus was to target spodumene-bearing pegmatite bodies within the extensive land package situated in the prolific Georgia Lake Pegmatite Field. The program encompassed the Niemi Block, North Nipigon Block A, and North Nipigon Block C.

Cooper revealed that the company achieved positive results during the exploration program. Notably, a sample from the Niemi Block returned a lithium oxide (Li2O) content of 1.507%, indicating the presence of mineralization. The company is actively expanding its understanding of the mineralized area within the Niemi Block. Additionally, a new lithium-bearing boulder was discovered on the north shore of Parole Lake, with a Li2O content of approximately 0.538%. Detailed mapping and sampling of the Parole Lake area will be prioritized to determine the source of these spodumene-bearing boulders. To date, a total of 107 surface grab samples have been collected and submitted to the laboratory for analysis.

Cooper also emphasized the significance of monitoring the wildfire situation in the James Bay region of Quebec. Spod Lithium Corp prioritizes the safety and well-being of its personnel and will initiate surface exploration field activities at the Megali and Lithium Grande 4 projects once the situation improves and it is deemed safe to proceed.

SparkChange Head of Sales Billal Ismail updates Proactive's Thomas Warner on the latest news from Europe's carbon markets, where the price of EU carbon allowances has been moving up and down between €80-95/tonne over the last few weeks.

He attributed the volatility to a tug of war between shorter-term and longer-term factors. Shorter-term factors, such as weather conditions, have played a significant role in driving the market. Recent warm and windy weather across Europe has led to increased solar and wind power outputs, reducing the demand for burning coal or gas and subsequently affecting emissions.

Additionally, falling gas prices have supported demand relative to coal and more emitting forms of fuel, reducing the demand for allowances. Investor positioning has also exacerbated market movements.

Ismail predicts that prices will generally stick between €80-85/tonne but with the risk of an upward breakout exists if hot weather persists during the summer.

Dr. Palumbo explains that neuroinflammation, insulin resistance, and oxidative stress are common features in the major neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, dementia and ALS. He says NE3107 is an oral small molecule, blood-brain permeable, compound with potential anti-inflammatory, insulin sensitizing, and ERK-binding properties that may allow it to selectively inhibit ERK-, NFκB- and TNF-stimulated inflammation. NE3107’s potential to inhibit neuroinflammation and insulin resistance forms the basis for the company’s work testing the molecule in AD and PD patients.

The project is located in the South Harz region of the country, an area with a rich history of producing potash.

He says that the preliminary feasibility study (PFS) for the mine is around 50% complete and that the company is currently focused on optimising the process flow diagram, refining the mine plan, and developing logistics solutions.

Berthelet emphasises the availability of well-developed infrastructure in Germany, including gas, power, rail, and water resources, which significantly de-risks the project.

He also highlights the benefit South Harz potash is getting from its good relationship with its neighbours in the region. "The fact that there is an existing, geotechnically sound mine.beside us allows us to get samples, it allows us to do more geotechnical analysis for our mine plan... really I think we are probably the only junior potash play in the world that can go underground and be 700m from our deposit and take representative samples."
