We have anywhere between 12,000-65,000 thoughts on a daily basis! Of those thoughts, 95% are the same pattern from the day before: tying our shoes, brushing our teeth, getting dressed. Patterns, aka consistency, serve us in so many ways… thank the Lord we don’t have to learn how to tie our shoes every day! But, how can we use intentionality to make sure our consistencies are aligned with where we want to go? How do we know when it’s time to realign our goals and make sure we are being consistent with the right activities to increase our chances of achievement?
