While this episode begins with a fascinating conversation about why quitting is in fact, a good thing, Coonoor and I dive deep into far more than that. We talk through how there are multiple ways to quit, how the sunk cost fallacy applies to us as business owners, and, how to make decisions as solopreneurs when you don’t have mass amounts of data at your fingertips. I’ll give you a hint: it’s about trusting your gut.
