In episode 32 of the Problematic Podcast the guys discuss a new article by Jeffrey Tucker about entitled Here's What Happened to Social Harmony. Then they talk about virtue signaling and identity politics through the lens of Elizabeth Warren's definitive DNA test showing that she is *probably* between 1/1024th and 1/64th Native American. Then the guys get into the main discussion of the podcast - about the NPC meme that's sweeping the nation, just what it is, and whether or not it is valuable.

In episode 31 of the Problematic podcast, the guys start off with a short conversation considering the case for anonymity as podcasters, and consider whether or not they should attempt to be more anonymous (kind of a moot issue at this point, but still), and why they don't think that anonymity is something they should pursue with this podcast. Then they get into an extensive conversation about the Brett Kavanaugh hearings, and all of their many opinions on the debacle. One of the main issues with the whole situation that they stress throughout the conversation is an epidemic of hyperbole throughout society that is contributing greatly to the partisan divide.

In Episode 30 of the Problematic podcast, Ryan's friend Jimmy joins the guys to talk about the Chinese surveillance state and their imminent implementation of a system of "social credits" that will rate citizens based on many factors (purchases, relationships, activities, etc.) and will effect many aspects of those citizens' lives, including job promotions, travel tickets, and loan rates. Other topics covered include the outrage over Norm MacDonald, a defense of hotmail email accounts, another, more personal point of view on Elon Musk smoking a blunt on Joe Rogan's podcast and the hypocrisy of Elon Musk's companies. We then wrap up the podcast with Jimmy's problematic opinion, and boy is it a good one!

In Episode 29 of the Problematic podcast, Palmer and Ryan misrepresent news reporters misrepresenting situations (but thankfully they found out they had misrepresented those facts before they released the episode, so they could write this disclaimer). They also discuss the allegations of sexual misconduct of Brett Kavanaugh (Trump's appointee to the Supreme Court), what it might mean going forward, and what it means in relation to the current fractured political climate. Finally, the guys wrap up with a discussion about the horrific shooting of the innocent Botham Jean in his own apartment by an off-duty Dallas police officer.

In Episode 28 of the Problematic podcast, Palmer brings his friend Luke Garnett on to speak with us. Luke is the creator and host of Average Optimized, a website and Youtube channel in which Luke reads books on subjects such as self-improvement, personal finance, and philosophy, and then reviews them on video. Perhaps primarily though, Luke is the father to a three-year-old girl who he credits with forcing him to try and grow up and get his life on track.

Together with Luke, the guys discuss Average Optimized and how becoming a father at 22 changed Luke's life. They also get into a fairly lengthy discussion about the ideas of Sam Harris and Jordan Peterson pertaining to religion and spirituality. Then we get into a quick recap of some of the things that happened in the news this week, including Elon Musk smoking a blunt on the Joe Rogan Experience and Ben Sasse lecturing from his soapbox on the state of the legislature during Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation hearing. And finally the episode wraps up with the guys putting Luke on the spot asking him for a Problematic opinion.

For episode 26 of the Problematic podcast, Ryan and Palmer's friend Jack is back with an article to discuss. That article comes from the people at Vox.com and is entitled "The radical moral implications of luck in human life" so get ready to check your privilege at the door. But before the three of them discuss the role of luck in society, they comment briefly on the passing of Senator John McCain. Then after a discussion about the Vox article, Palmer asks Jack to give the world's most brief opinion on 3D printed guns.

In episode 25 of the Problematic Podcast, Ryan comes clean about more lies he's told to the public. Then the guys comment on the introduction of public, outdoor urinals at strategic places around Paris. Finally, Palmer and Ryan discuss the horrific news that a grand jury report, along with internal documents from six Catholic dioceses in Pennsylvania, have shown that more than 300 priests have been credibly accused of sexually abusing more than 1,000 children.

This week on the Problematic Podcast, Ryan voices his suspicions about the true nature of Ben Shapiro and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's feelings for each other, Palmer wonders whether Omarosa really has tapes of the Donald (and if she does, does it really matter?), and they both discuss how idiotic the Alt-Right is. The show then wraps up with an insightful architectural critique of Betsy DeVos's Michigan summer home.

This week on the Problematic Podcast, Ryan commiserates with his fellow Boy Scout, Speaker Paul Ryan. Then Palmer and Ryan talk about Alex Jones being banned from the internet, and finish up with a more in-depth discussion on 3D-printed guns, and the implications of the restraining order against Defense Distributed and Cody Wilson. Is it really about guns and the 2nd Amendment, or is it more an issue about the 1st Amendment, freedom of speech, and the proliferation of knowledge?
