Kyla Raby is a PhD candidate at University of Southern Australia and works for the Red Cross in the fields of Human Trafficking, Forced Labor and Forced Marriage. She joins us today to unpack knotted issues around the enslavement of humans for sexual exploitation and for forced labor. In this episode you'll learn more about where and how this problem arises, the scope of the issue, the impact to society and its citizens, what corporations and individuals can do to help fight the problem and a brainstorm on potential tech solutions that our members can help construct to address an issue which governments have to date failed to solve through regulatory means.
