In this episode of the Problems or Profits Podcast we sit down and discuss with Andrew Hines the problems he's faced with being a Canadian Real Estate Investor and beginning to investing internationally into places like Florida.

From Burlington, Ontario, Andrew Hines, has risen to success by initially focusing his attention on student rentals. He realized early on that in order to dominate that market, he had to consider what type of renter or buyer he wanted to attract and using those specifics to draft his blueprints. His current venture is focused on new construction, mainly in the US marketplace, where he is currently contracted for 50 units. Andrew has no plans of slowing down, as he has launched a podcast, where he focuses on sharing his stories and experiences with his audience, in order to help others succeed in their ambitions and goals.
