Self-Care: Make a list of resources (slightly above neutral things) in your life you can recall when you are starting to feel stressed. Keep a journal or gratitude diary—notice in your body where you feel the moments of joy during your day. Notice your feet on the floor.
Play Idea: Play I Spy and notice what feels good around you. Make a touch tray and talk to your kids about where they feel things in their bodies. Play charades with friends over video.
