Procrastination is a sign of not efficient employees. it was always challenging for him to listen to all of these things. But is all of this true?

Those who procrastinate, are gifted people who can manage many thoughts and process many ideas at the same time. So, they decide to prioritize some of them and delay others when it comes to actions.
Procrastination means that someone is able to have a lot of ideas in his mind and is prioritizing them and that's a sign of gifted people.
It's not that bad by procrastinating something.
It's not that bad to procrastinate, maybe we need to sit with our team for one more time to explore their ideas and their views.
We can also delay doing something because we are excellent at doing something else.
This belief that procrastination is bad is putting us sometimes in a scary way and it's going to affect some of the decisions that maybe we're going to be fast taking.
The challenge that we coaches are facing is not doing actions that we agreed with the client to do them.
Incorporate coaching, we need some time to connect, and we need some time to get the people really involved in the coaching.
As a coach, we need to be open and flexible. Since we believe that there's always a positive intention behind the behavior of those managers and the behavior of their clients.
The concept of procrastination. It's not always bad. It's not always bad. In fact, it's good in so many situations. And we need to consider this when we are dealing with our clients.
