Do you ever find yourself putting things off till the last minute?

Have you been doing this since you were a kid?

Waiting until the last minute to study for an exam?


Believing that if you're under pressure you’ll perform better.


Now doing it with your work.


In the meantime you feel stressed out, because you can’t stop thinking about the task or project.


Deep down you just want it done.

So you can stop thinking about it.

 Stop worrying about it.


But every-time you try to get started, you feel paralyzed.


You planned it all out.  You know everything you need to do, and something keeps you from taking action.


You're beginning to think you were just born this way.

You were born a procrastinator.


It’s not true.

It’s just a habit.

A habit that is ready to be changed.
