Dr. Else van der Berg loves product-led #SaaS, and advocates basing her decisions on a healthy mix of customer discovery, data analytics, and gut feeling. Its not about being a feature shipping machine and more about using user research to achieve a better market fit for products which actually have longevity and use in the market.
She is adamant that she is not the voice of the stakeholder/customer (who say ‘jump’, while asking ‘how high’) and she unpologetic about the fact that she doesn’t code. But she does believe in:
