Goals drive us forward. They drive success. Setting small goals may not seem like something that will be impactful, but they can drive your entire life forward!

A new year means a new semester for those in school. Even without stellar grades before, a new semester is a fresh chance to take control of your academic career and make it work for you!

New Year's resolutions certainly are a big change, often ending in failure or abandonment. However, if done the right way, a resolution can completely change how a year goes for someone... even their entire life.

I feel like giving up... But I wont. And neither should you, regardless of what you may be considering giving up on.

Dealing with family can be challenging in the midst of the holiday season, but I had an experience that changed my entire perspective.
