Howdy! Thanks for tuning in again. Today I'm talking about my old man ways of listening to talk news daily. Also, Pablo Escobar's hippos and the problems they present for Colombia and lastly, I discuss my recent efforts to cut back on my phone usage and try to experience life again without that distraction.

This is the "confused father" episode of Productive Procrastination. As a male, a father, husband and friend to many women, it has been difficult to learn about the experiences they have at the hands of other men.

How do we as men help change the environment for women, our daughters, their friends? How do we change our boys to be good men?
