Working for yourself is the dream. For a lot of us, we are lucky enough for this to now be our reality. But the flexibility of working for yourself can easily lead to a blur in the distinction between work time and personal time.

We end up feeling guilty when we aren’t working and feeling distracted when we try to sit down and focus. We procrastinate, we get behind on our workload, we doubt ourselves, we get burnt out, we hate weddings…
