Today’s episode is an interview with Dick Beardsley.  Dick is a professional runner who is best known for winning the 1981 London Marathon, taking 2nd at 1982 Boston Marathon and for being one of the subjects for the book Duel in the Sun.  Dick is also a motivational speaker.
