This week Dr. Piering interviews Professor Brannon Beliso of One Martial Arts.

Professor Beliso comes from a family of martial artists. His father taught martial arts and he has followed in his father’s footsetps teaching kenpo karate. As an 8th degree black belt Professor Beliso has studied Kenpo Karate for over forty five years. He also has training in Kung Fu, Juijitsu, Arnis, Boxing, and Kickboxing.

One Martial Arts has two locations - one in San Francisco, CA and the other in Millbrae, CA. These schools are committed to helping every one of their students live their best life.
